Colonel Crawford Local School District
Welcome to our new web-site for the Colonel Crawford Local Schools. As this new site is developed, we would appreciate your feedback about needs and wishes for the site. We hope that as it evolves it becomes a useful tool for our community.
As we enter into this new year, we need to be thankful for the many blessings afforded us and be reminded of our responsibility to the children of our district. It is our wish in this new year to improve the process of teaching and learning in our schools and to become the center for our rural community. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you and God bless,
T. Bruner,
Superintendent of Schools
A special thanks to Mr. Shawn Bloomfield, local taxidermist, who donated a bald eagle to Colonel Crawford for an actual mascot. The eagle is made from turkey, rooster and Canadian goose feathers. This was the third eagle he has created, and it took Shawn 3-4 months to complete. The eagle will be displayed at the William and Hannah Crawford building.
